This week we are celebrating Kids in the Kitchen Day, which is on September 13th. There are a lot of great ways to get kids involved in meal prep, cooking, and nutrition. And there are a lot of benefits, too! Cooking not only helps kids develop academic skills like math and reading, helping in the kitchen also develops life skills. Teaching kids a few recipes will help them feel confident in the kitchen and empower them to feed themselves.
Try some of our favorite kid-friendly recipes and use it as an opportunity to talk to your kids about making healthy choices, trying new foods, and learning new skills.
